About Us: Founded in 2008, Beausoleil Consulting Services(BCS) was established as an architectural consulting firm catering to homeowners, architects, contractors, commercial real estate brokers and interior designers. Among other services, we provide residential interior design, commercial space planning, As-built surveys, and facililities and construction management services. Our firm is dedicated to the success of each project placed in our charge by taking a “hands-on” approach. We have built our reputation on being responsive to our client’s needs and take pride in the fact that our design solutions are aesthetically pleasing, functional and cost effective. Architect Of Record (AOR): Richard Krenzer, RA Beausoleil Consulting Services Inc employs various methods to procure Professional Design Services. Depending on the specifics of the project or program, we may issue Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Design Build Proposals (RFP) or use our Architect of Record. The (AOR) or registered designed professional is responsible for reviewing and coordinating all construction document compatibility with the design of the building and all applicable building codes.
